Welcome to Ryyft ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). Ryyft is a CRM and education technology platform operated from Nepal, designed for global users, including businesses, educational institutions, and students.

By accessing or using Ryyft (web app, mobile app, APIs, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ryyft for business purposes.
• Students under 18 may use Ryyft Edu only with parental or institutional consent.
• By using Ryyft, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Ryyft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Platform.

4. Services Description

A. Ryyft CRM

Ryyft provides tools for:

• Lead and customer management
• Unified messaging and communication
• Sales pipeline and payment tracking
• Analytics, reporting, and automation

B. Ryyft Edu

Ryyft Edu enables:

• Student registration and profile management
• AI-assisted career and education guidance
• Application submission to schools and colleges
• Admission CRM for educational institutions

Ryyft does not guarantee admissions, job placements, or specific outcomes.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use Ryyft for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misuse AI features for unethical or misleading purposes

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if violations occur.

6. Subscription, Payments & Billing

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Pricing and billing details are displayed on the Platform
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction
• Ryyft may modify pricing with prior notice

7. Data Ownership & Responsibility

• You retain ownership of all data you upload
• You grant Ryyft a limited license to process data solely to provide services
• You are responsible for ensuring consent to upload customer or student data

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks belong to Ryyft unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.

9. AI Usage Disclaimer

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not be accurate
• AI guidance is informational and does not replace professional counselling
• Users are responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Ryyft may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required payments are overdue
• Your usage poses legal or security risks

You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ryyft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ryyft after updates constitutes acceptance.
